Bocast Welding Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is one of the main production enterprises of special welding materials in China. Our company operates basic special welding materials and also has leading ultra-low temperature and high manganese austenitic low-temperature steel and nickel based welding materials in China, which are widely used in LNG natural gas storage tanks, pressure vessels, offshore platforms, petrochemical, military, nuclear power and other industries.
The company covers an area of over 30000 square meters, with over 23000 square meters of standardized factories and office buildings. The company has advanced fully automated production lines, high-precision laboratory testing equipment, and has passed ISO9001 quality management, GB/T14001 environmental management, and GB/T45001 occupational health and safety management system certification. In 2024, to expand the scale of the enterprise and introduce new equipment, under the strong recommendation of Professor Du Yan and Professor Wang Honghong, Professor Sun Xian served as the senior consultant of the project, on this basis, the company began to vigorously develop new products, including high manganese steel electrodes, nickel-based electrodes, carbon steel electrodes and stainless steel electrodes and other special electrodes.

In 2023, Bocast Welding Technology gradually passed the certification of ISO 9001 quality management, GB/T 14001 environmental management and GB/T 45001 occupational health and safety management system, and under the guidance of Professor Wang Honghong, it drafted a group standard for high-manganese steel, and preliminarily formulated the current standard for high-manganese steel.

The company was founded in 2022, and after seeing the vacancy in the domestic market for high-manganese austenitic low-temperature steel, Mr. Tang Bocheng reached an industry-university-research cooperation with Wuhan University of Science and Technology to start the testing of various data on the chemical and mechanical properties of high-manganese steel.
